Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:
- around the delivery location
- with household members
- with neighbors
- with your local carrier or post office
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help review the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem so we can help resolve it quickly.
International Shipping
International availability, shipping costs, delivery estimates, customs fees, and import taxes may vary by product and destination.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
