At Tiny Menace Mercantile, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our items are made to order, our return and refund policy depends on the reason for the request.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- buyer’s remorse
- ordering the wrong size or color
- changing your mind after the order has been placed
- minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings
Please review product descriptions, measurements, size charts, and color options carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- clear photos showing the issue
If the problem is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that your package has not arrived, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the next steps.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, or the delivery location listed in the tracking information.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel it. Once an item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider or marketplace.
Etsy Orders
Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s applicable policies and purchase protections.
For Etsy orders, please contact us through your Etsy order so we can review the purchase details and help resolve the issue.
